SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — [August 31, 2026] — Since its inception, EmBe’s Women’s
Leadership Program has helped hundreds of women recognize their potential and expand
their understanding of leadership. Now, in partnership with Bold Identity Studio, women
looking to grow in their leadership journey have a new opportunity this October.
EmBe and Bold Identity Studio are partnering together for the second annual cohort of
Leading Wise: The Bold Table, a year-long series of monthly gatherings for women seeking
connection, reflection, and renewed purpose. Registration is now open for the program,
designed to help women claim their voice, share their stories, and amplify their impact.
Leading Wise: The Bold Table
Launching Wednesday, October 21st this first-of-its-kind initiative offers women of all ages
a consistent, supportive space for deeper conversations about leadership and life
transitions. The program includes ten, monthly “wisdom circle” sessions and two
social gatherings, with themes such as legacy, reputation, influence, and
reimagining success. Sessions will be held from 4:30–6:30 p.m. on the third
Wednesday of each month, with December and July reserved for social gatherings.
Who it’s for:
EmBe Women’s Leadership Program alumnae, Bold Start participants,
entrepreneurs, community leaders, and women of all ages who are at the point
where many leadership journeys pause, ready to explore reinvention, purpose, and
visible impact.

Founded by media leader Beth Jensen, Bold Identity Studio blends storytelling, brand
visibility, and leadership coaching. The Studio’s mission is to help women show up, speak
up, and lead with impact.

Current 2025-26 Bold Table member Heather Hofer says, “The Bold Table is not a
traditional leadership program and it is also not a networking group, yet you will develop

support when the path gets difficult. The Bold Table has reminded me that leadership is
not just about our individual accomplishments, but the impact we have on one another,”
