Deb Vogel
House of Colour - Sioux Falls
Deb Vogel was introduced to the franchise business world in her mid-fifties, and has learned along the way about the facets of being a franchise owner and team leader. She has been a stylist and color consultant for House of Colour, a British company, for almost nine years. When she began in 2017 no one had heard of House of Colour, or understood what their services were, but she followed her passion to become one of the top ten teams in the company.
Her roots were established with parents who loved music, and a mother who taught her to sew and loved all things creative. Deb has a Masters of Music + 30 in Vocal Performance from USD, and has been a vocal professor at Dordt University for over 30 years. She was also a worship coordinator for 20 years, belonged to South Dakota Chorale, a grammy-nominated professional choir, and represented South Dakota in the Metropolitan Opera Auditions in her thirties.
Over 2000 clients later, she still loves to help people solve the mysteries of their closets. It allows her to work in a creative field and meet new people. She and her husband, Dayton, live in Rock Valley, Iowa. Her son, Jon and his family live in Sioux Falls, and her son Jordan and his fiancée live in New York City.

Jessica Schaap is a certified color and style consultant, speaker, and entrepreneur based in Brandon, South Dakota. She is an associate with House of Colour Sioux Falls, where she helps women feel confident in what they’re wearing and how they show up at work, in leadership, and in everyday life.
In addition to her consulting work, Jessica is the owner of Olive Branch Wellness LLC, through which she has led and developed multiple health and wellness–focused businesses. This includes opening Koko FitClub and pioneering the introduction of the franchise to Sioux Falls. She has been a breakout speaker at two national conventions, served on a panel of experts within the health and wellness space, and appeared on local television segments sharing insight on confidence, wellness, and personal development.
Jessica is married, a mom of four, and well-versed in juggling business, family, and a calendar full of multiple sporting events. Through her work, she has seen how helping women feel confident in what they’re wearing can be truly life-changing—shifting how they see themselves, how they carry themselves, and how they show up in every area of life.
Known for her warm, relatable speaking style, Jessica blends practical science with real-life experience, helping women connect how they show up on the outside with confidence on the inside.
